Low FPS always (any settings)

Hi.
I was looking for solutions on google and youtube. I reviewed the Reddit and Steam forums. But I didn't find any help. I installed the latest drivers for the graphics card, motherboard etc.
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
Ram: 16GB 3000Mhz CL16 Ballistix
GPU: GTX 750TI

My graphic settings were on "Medium" 1080p. I had 35fps in the menu, in first battle action in story mode I had around 15fps. When I was change settings to low and resolution to 720p nothing has changed.

Has anyone already had such a problem? I know that CryEngine and optimization is not easy, but I have also heard about people who have RTX2080Ti and also have low fps.
Yes, I have Vsync turned off in the game and in the Nvidia panel.

You gpu is a touch old and not great to begin with.
People with rtx 2080 and bad performance should be gaming on consoles because they don't know how to setup a pc..

Here is a benchmark comparison between your card and mine..

Im running the game with vsync on @60fps, in combat is chugs a bit down to 45-50fps..
My brothers brand new i7 rtx 2070 vsync on @ 60hz is a steady 60fps no lag in combat..
It could be a combination of his newer i7 and gpu.. My i7 is from 2012 so a few gens behind him and his gpu is obviously a beast compared to ours..

This game lags horribly without vsync on.. in my experience the fps jumps around too much. I can run 80-90fps no vsync but the game has a stutter effect... Vsync on eliminates the stutter.. but it still lags in combat even without vsync on @70 fps ... /shrug.. i have no idea why this is the case..

Just wanted to add, the combat lags horribly on my pc running the bleeding edge bladestorm build. Other builds tend to not lag.. So there is something going on there with the particle effects of those abilities I think.

Thank you for reply. Yeah you right, this GPU is now old I need to find something new, but it's really interesting that I don't see a difference in game speed between medium and low settings.

hallo, habe auch diee Probleme. Alerdingst nur online. offline funktionirt alles. das spiel hat einfach probleme und nicht unser pc.
