My offline toon is still there, sounds like something happened on your end

Same here, for me work perfectly.... but offline i hope to remain for time... but i play now...

Some people are experiencing the same issues as posted in the forums

No mods used. Seems to be happening right after a game crash.

Sigh...

My Char is wiped too. Again!!!
Managed to play one hour on friday, offline.
Wanted to go forward on saturday, but everything was deleted. I had to start over again. So I made a new Char, played ~2h.
Returned today, again, everything is lost.

I really do love this game, but WHY do you even wipe offline chars???

try running as admin and non admin? similar problem i had with d2

I've read somewhere if your Windows-Username contains special letters the save for offline character doesn't work properly. Is that a thing for you? I only use normal letters and have no problem. Would be nice to know if that really is the reason because a lot of people have the problem.

I do have special character in my username ("é")
By any chance, do you have the link to the thing you read ? I'd like to fix this problem, if this is the actual problem.

I have 3 "special" (not so much in my language) characters in my Windows account name...
I've been searching for solution whole weekend since my first character was deleted.

Some people telling to simply create new account without those characters.I'm not doing that, new account = new licence and I'm not doing that shady stuff with disconnecting LAN cables etc.

I totaly refusing making any system / Windows changes just for Wolcen...
I've paid much more for my system and that is simple NO-Go zone for me.

Sad thing is, I've bought 2 Wolcen games back in 2018 (one for my girlfriend)... we really were looking for full release since we were overplayed by same missions between character wipes in the Alpha / Beta... This weekend was for us first free in a long time and we will have no chance to play sooner than about 3 or 4 weeks later.
