Same problem. I think this is because the game doesn't use some FX cores or uses them unevenly. Or simply this is an outdated model of processors, which is not so often found, because Ryzen is now ahead of the planet.

It's unplayable. It freezes randomly every minute on cutscenes mostly but any time can happen. FX 6300, 8GB Radeon R9 280. Very disappointing. I can see it hasn't been fixed in months so i don't think they put much effort fixing this.

I uninstalled and reinstalled on my SSD, and it's still happening. Love the game but the freezing is making it unplayable and absolutely frustrating. I get kicked from online when it freezes, and offline mode isn't any better.

Are devs checking into this issue ? My wife have the exact same problem and we can't play together for more than 5-10min without her freezing and leaving the game ... since she can't come back in my online game we have to start all over again everytime ...... weird freezes because my wife and I have the EXACT same computer and installation on a SSD and i don't freeze ...

Same thing happens to me. I have a Ryzen 1700x and games freezes constantly for 5+ min at a time. Says "not responding" I havnt even been able to create a character yet. I am sadly going to refund the game due to this.

I am having real issues with this game, it looks amazing but online play is always jittering, freezing when lots of enemies are on the screen or fighting gets a bit intense. This is not an issue for me playing with my offline character. I just got to a really cool looking chest that I think had some amazing stuff in it - the particle effects off the thing were huge - I was excited. Anyway I open the chest and 3 massive looking bosses spawned and the game just froze. I just stood there, then died, every time I got back up after dying i froze, then I died. I cant play the final boss as it keeps freezing in online mode. I repeat, I do not have this problem in offline mode.

What are you trying to do over the network that is more important than giving players smooth gameplay?

Same issue here. The display will freeze in middle of a battle but I can hear the fight going on in the background. This happens on my Gigabyte RX 5600XT and my buddy's 5700XT I borrowed to test. Fully clean driver install for display cards (DDU and AMD's own removal tool). All temps are in spec, Clocks are within spec, voltage is within spec, etc. I've lost a lot of money (game money, not real lol) from paying for extra challenges in contracts because of it freezing and I have to ALT+F4 to shut it down. There have been times I needed to completely reboot the computer

And it's STILL happening today, I've been having this issue since I bought the game early last month, where are the Devs, or even a moderator to try and help us fix it?..I'm noticing a pattern here, and as much as I love this game, I may return it...:(
