Correct, but no game on release day is bug free, hell not even the great and powerful Blizzard can do that. Remember the last 5 COD games on release? Even now after almost a year of release they are bug fixing and adding content which was supposed to be there on launch day.

Give the devs some slack and it'll be OK. Why even refund if you know you are going to buy it again in the near future ;) ;)

It is not about not being bugfree. This game has tons of bugs, 1/3 of passive skills and active skill perks are not working. Act II is often game breaking bugged.

But additionally since release only a few hours were playable at all. In game history there are not many example of such a bad state of a game. Yes there are some but their existance shall not be an exucse for this effrontery to their customers.

Stop defending game developers when they do such bad things. You won't accept anything like this in any other industry section. Why you treat this as normal (even though measured by game industry standards this is BAD)?

You just piss off even more people that payed for a game, taking and reserving free time to play the game on release and are now f..ed up only because of BIG incompetance of the devs. YES, incompetence. They have no quality assurance that should have easily found most of the bugs this game has and a server stress test on their databases is nothing uncommon as well.

If you don't like people complaining which they have full right to at least STFU instead of pissing them even more off with your crawling into the butt comments.

Maybe its because OP expresses his frustration and why he wants a refund which is his own opinion, however you seem to take the liberation to educate him on what he is supposed to feel and do.

Just because you have a certain opinion about the matter doesn't mean others need to have the same point of view, and if you would take a second to think about it then you would come to the conlcusion that OP doesn't feel the same way you do, like many others which brings me to Taur. I don't condone how Taur reacted but don't be surprised when people react with hostility towards you when you are making arogant statements about how they should behave and feel,

My refund was rejected too after 3 days offline and 2 days play, Dont need more time to understand that this game need at least a 1 year of more testing to be called a "COMPLETE" . I was feel more like BETA tester. 35 $ for Beta tester and for example POE is free not even diablo can compare it.
