refund declined
I ordered this game in January with no intention on playing it until the full launch. I treated it like a preorder. Once it launched, it didn't work. I can't connect and the servers have been unreliable or down all weekend. I was never able to connect and only logged 15 minutes in wait time. My refund request was declined because this was an early access game and not a preorder, thus I have owned it more than two weeks. So I can't return this broken game even though I have never gotten to play it. That seems really unfair.
And yes, I know I should be patient and wait for the server issues to be fixed or just start an offline character. I am not blaming the developer, just venting my disappointment. I have a right to be disappointed and I should be allowed a refund if this poor launch weekend made me second guess my purchase. PC Gamer played the game offline and said even then it feels sluggish and unresponsive and is full of bugs, so I don't think it is going to get better magically overnight.
