They probably have other problems atm to solve. What's more important. Fixing the servers so that 99% of people are happy because they can continue playing or fixing "minor" problems for single people to make them happy.
Don't wanna say your problem is irrelevant but I just guess their team's priorities are repairing the servers right now. (What i read Wolcen's team size is very small).

The same question i asked was posted several times from other people before the official gamestart.
Know what? Nothing happened ... no answer from the developers.

They had enough time before the official start to send the gamekeys to the backers or implement them in the profile of the homepage ... nothing happened.

It costs 30 seconds to put a hint at steamnews or here on the Website ... nothing happend.

This is what pisses me off ... such ignorance.

I contacted them in July, 2019 through the kickstarter message systems, for the same question, and I got everything I needed without any problem.

You should try that way too.

Thanks, but i backed it on their old website "Umbra" and not on kickstarter.

In my profile here on this website all things that belong to backers are registered ... avatars, badges, key for soundtrack and the first steamkey that came with email.

Think i should try it on discord.
