Various forum / website issues / suggestions

Hi, very nice work, the forum looks fresh and like nothing else I've seen. I also like to be able to customize your avatar.
I plan to keep this thread up-to-date.

Suggestions:

  1. Remove the glowing, intrusive "Purchase" button. Change it to "Play the game" or something like that, otherwise, it just seems like you're there to get the money.

  2. Profile customization could be extended by getting a certain number of replies/ karma / created threads. So the more you're hands-on, the more you can customize.

  3. Add a "My profile" button somewhere.

  4. Showing when a thread was last updated.

Bugs/issues:

  1. It is already known you can't reply. If we look at @CoTTo 's thread, we can see - Daniel replied there, so you can use the arrow-button to reply. (You will reply to the post of the commenter, not the TS)

  2. You can like your own posts.

  3. If you reply to a thread and delete your reply, it still will be shown as a reply in the reply-counter.

  4. BB-Code doesn't work.

  5. The eye icon / button in the profile, whatever it is, doesn't work.

Next batch of bugs and suggestions:

Suggestions:

  1. An option to subscribe to threads, so you get notified when there's a new post.

  2. A possibility to PM other members.

  3. A possibility to mark a topic as a discussion, a question, a request, etc., in addition to being able to choose the category in which a thread should be created.

  4. Adding a visible indicator to a thread if a Dev has replied in addition to be able to "refine" threads.

  5. "Refine Thread" seems kinda strange, so maybe rename it to "Filter" and add a few other options, as in: If a thread contains a certain word or a sentence, threads and replies created/containing a specific user.

  6. An option to make threads dev-reply only (other members can't see / reply to the thread).

  7. Threads that were updated (only with new replies, not edited text) should wander to the top of the list.

  8. Possibility to connect Discord to the profile.

Apparently, there's a limit to how much you can write, very inconvenient.

Bugs:

  1. In the avatar section, the main current avatar preview is strangely fit between to templates. Screenshot: (gotta copy-paste the links, forum doesn't turn them into hyperlinks) http://prntscr.com/nxrwwo

  2. Avatars on phone browsers are displaced. This was tested on Firefox, Chrome and Samsung Internet.

  3. Likes received or given are not updated / displayed properly. (Overview tab only)

  4. Clicking on the avatar does nothing (Should get you to the members profile you clicked on.)

  5. Clicking on "Original comment" takes you to the text of the comment, not the full sort of template or box (with reply, report, etc)

Nice! We've got formatting! It's still a bit strange though.

Bugs:

  1. Formatting is applied automatically, it's very inconvenient.

  2. The text shows in the Edit menu only when the menu is clicked.

  3. Links and emails (and everything else) should be hidden from unregistered users.

  4. Other markdown codes don't work at all. (Links, images, etc.)

  5. The reply button next to users nicknames is not visible (doesn't have an icon).

  6. Links that are formatted with < > are deleted.
