A few things to say to that, cause you don't seem to get it...
First: your doing was OBVIOUSLY against ANY Terms of Services and the Rules in the Discord - so, there does not have to be any kind of warning - the measurement in each case is up to the owner/mods from the channel, and they are not there to teach the children, what is wrong and what the rules are, since its pretty much clear, what the rules say.
Second: Throwing a tantrum, cause the game does not work properly AT THE FIRST DAY OF RELEASE is kind of... Childish? Can't get hold of another word, sorry. These kind of problems were pretty much expectable. So, the "baby rage" (as you call it) is for a "baby behavior" of yours - so it's right on point.
Third: How about YOU contacting THEM instead of waiting, till they get in contact with you? Somehow, I get the feeling, that they are pretty busy with much bigger problem than yours. Maybe you should get to it with a proper apology instead of throwing with little shit-piles around you - believe me, it won't help you AT ALL.
Fourth: Clearly, the Wolcen-Staff got overwhelmed by that much peoples on the run. Sure, they should have made better preparations for the release, but well - It doesn't help if you overreact like that.
Last: How about YOU thinking about the meaning of the "code of conducts"? I am pretty sure, your reaction is none that should be expectable.

Soup - Adults don't just get "carried away and post cock and ball torture" in a discord. You acted like a sperg and you got what you deserved. Believe me, I'm as frustrated as you are about the botched release, but your childish behavior wasn't warranted. I'm actually amazed that you came in here and demanded "justice"

Seal - While I agree with you that the OP is a tool. Let's not bury our heads in the sand and give them a pass for this terrible launch because "everybody does it" Giving companies this kind of "pass" gives zero incentive to do better. Let's be pro consumer here. Did they get more people at launch than they expected? Yeah I'm sure. However they weren't built to withstand even the amount of people who pre-ordered. That's an issue. Not to mention this recent down time is to fix an issue their own hotfix created.

I'm going to patiently wait for this. I'm not going to rage out and post stupid pictures to discord like OP. But let's try to be less anti consumer and hold companies to a higher standard so that maybe, just maybe, they'll start (once again) releasing fully functional games on release again.

I watched the Discord chat for a while and i have to say, people need to grow up. I've never seen such horrible behavior from people calling themselves 'adults', and for the kids behaving like that, well.. I pity their parents.

Mocking, making fun others is not what i would consider a joke.

Wolcen Studio had launch issues, but so does plenty of other developers, just look at Bioware's Anthem. Didn't even get a working patch for the game until a week after launch, and that game still have issues. That's just ONE example and that's a triple A game developer.

Yet here people are on Discord, making fun of and harassing a small indie development studio for not releasing a bug-free game. Childish doesn't even cover it.

Those who got banned so far got what they deserved and there's no point in whining about getting banned for acting the way they did.

Nothing prevents people from playing offline until they fix whatever's happening to their servers.

And yet some of the AAA releases now a day have larger teams working on them, with considerably more money and they have thrown up trash compared to what these guys have done.

Yes they worked on it for 5 years, give them a little longer to iron out the release.

Last week I also got banned from discord without a warning for answering question of someone about cracked version of the game, for which there is no rules against discussing it.

This "server moderator" is seriously a joke.
