It somestimes casts really fast but most times these days, it goes every 1 or 2 seconds. Got very slow.
It does even less damage than basic attack, can we at least remove cool down on this skill?

I am having the same issue. Not sure if this is related to the ping. I used to play with ping staying ard 60. Now the ping went all the way up to ~160

My build relies on this skills heavily. If this issue is not fixed it basically make it unplayable.

I tried to connect to different servers and found one with lower ping. It seems to improve the situation. You can manually set to connect to different region in Network Setting.
