Same, instead of nerfing B.E like it should be, you didnt do shit to raise other skills and now B.E is more worthless than the ones we had.

Try this build out https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H8e1Ssqc8VQ

I think you need to grow up a little bit before trying to get everyone else to scream and turn into a raging zombie along with you.
Speak for yourself.

Yes, there are lots of issues in the game but if anyone who was playing BE or broken frame rate Winter's Grasp thinks it was normal to steamroll max lvl expeditions right after the game's release, especially when you're not max character lvl then I don't know what to tell you...

Give it some more time and see how they balance out/raise other skills. The game is literally two weeks old only.
I can't imagine how you'd react when Diablo 3 was first launched; oh boy...and Blizzard is a massive studio with 100's of staff and multi million $$$ company and they still couldn't get itemization and skills right.

But no, lets rage quit on an indie studio of 13 people and act crazy because we can't farm endgame content anymore so easy.

There is literally a small node passive in the Scholar tree called 'Emotional Intelligence'. I feel like some people here skipped over that passive.

There are a lot kinds of people around, there the ones that play a game only following guides and other mega-successful(?) that are really good at the game with only one purpose in mind: not enjoying the game at all. On the other hand there're others that play the game by themselves discovering a lot of playstyles that they only care about because that playstyle suits them.

That said, all the crying players for the nerfs on the last patch are only of the first group, we all know that. And that kind of people just go away with the proper actions, because bad players HATE balance, they always want to be on the winner side. The good player is the one that actually plays the game, he doesn't care about anything else than having fun, you don't have to compete with anyone than with yourself, otherwise you're not a pure player, you're a competitor too, with a nice pinch of stress and hate on it.

Goodbye crybabies, we won't miss you (and no other game will neither) <3.

My dear friend I'm afraid you lose out of your scope the fact that the time spent nerfing those skills would have been better spent to fix the crashes while the crazed mob plays with them ... it's not like the damage hasn't already been done ... everyone and their dog is level 90 and has already farmed 187 multiple milions of times ... the current game state is done and dusted and the economy is already fubar ... might as well just pretend the crowd is your testers who PAY YOU to test your crappy lazy ass pretend of a game. (Coming from a person who's done game developer so believe it or not I know what I'm talking about here)
It's called emotional intelligence but it's also the same skill and a bunch of other skills that are needed by the people who own the studio and make the game called disaster management ... and community management and public relations. It's better for your game to be easy and then introduce leagues (look at poe when they had the same problem in their first league with a bunch of items ... that's how the leagues came to mind... look at diablo 2 solving the same exact problem with the ubers and then the ladder system)
It's about skills and knowing the history of the mistakes other people made before you! That's wisdom! Knowing basic human psychology and knowing how to make things work is the way to go. On another note for a game that doesn't want to introduce microtransactions later (i think they do and i'll want my refund right now if they do) and even for a game that does have microtransactions ( i'd say that if you ask for upfront money you should never ask for microtransactions and once again i've done game development enough to know how that works... and believe me I'm probably the greediest person you'll ever read from ... yet, I know where to stop so that I don't ruin my chances at getting good will ... that can not be regained once lost ) you want to have the people play a while, get to enjoy some content and then stop until the next content / ladder /league whatever you're bringing to the game. If you don't plan to have a cycle of content that the players can consume fast (ACTION RPG ... where Action is the keyword) then, probably stalling the players to hell and back may be the way to go ... hence blizzard made the greater rift system purely infinite (and btw randomly generated tileset based rather than hand made crap that can only be played so much) so that if they need that stalling they can get it ... and doesn't feel bad. Also they never nerfed anything even in diablo 3 ... btw we're speaking about blizzard the company with the worst PR history in the gaming history after bethesda!
If the company that makes the game has no consideration and emotional intelligence they should expect the mob rage and backlash! I think the backlash isn't as bad as it can get! I hope to see them do something but I also expect the community to react with reviews on Steam to make the game have the worst review in the history of gaming ... This is yet again an example on why people should wait a while and see the trust rather than build hype ... Trust is normally gained with time ... this company got it quickly and lost it as fast due to really poor management! I don't feel mercy nor remorse and I agree with the mob on this one because in this day and age lack of knowledge and ignorance is a choice ... not a situation !

Some people learn from the mistakes other people make, the rest of the people never learn from their own.

Want more examples of the same issues handled nicely and others handled poorly?
Good handling of issues:
WoW - Most legendaries were so OP but the shadow priest one was ridiculous and beyond. Instead of nerfing the hell out of it they buffed everyone else ... Doesn't feel bad ... feels good for everybody including the priests.
Hearthstone - Cards that were so op that were included in decks that were not even meant for those cards - They got nerfed only after the expansion that introduced them was no longer at the forefront of the expansions. Some were nefed only when it was literally impacting their ability to make new cards.

Bad handling:
Anthem - nerfed even the existing items as well as everything that gave those items -> anthem is a deserted game.
Wildstar - nerfed characters and buffed the raid power the moment somebody managed to beat the first boss in a raid they hadn't finished rather than admitting they hadn't finished it. Wildstar is no longer a game!
Rift - Nerfed badly the loot people received in certain raiding activities along with allowing the items from the previous raid as well as the boes to be bought for money -> Rift is on bugfixes only maintenance mode.
The list can go on forever

d3 was awesome and still is.

You cant compare them one on one, D3 is 10years old, there were different standards back then as well.

The game was incredible hard and it got way easier over time. Thast quite the opposite from this game, where everything is suepr easy and you reach endgoal pretty fast.

Also D3 had a super good social infrastructure which is super important for an online game. I joined a clan before i started the game, and playing with other made it so much better.

being able to just link gear in chat and trade right away helping each other to gear up and what not.

yes launch day was abit rough, but at least i got to play pretty soon. Here we are 2 weeks from launch and most of the game is stull utterly broken and no social infrastructure in place.

If i wanted to play a solo game i would have chosen an altoghter different game you know.

dude wake up.

some ppl (streamers make a living of playing a game non stop), this means they have so much more time and experience with said game and also time to swap around builds and gear to find what works best.

So yes ppl, with normal office job who only have limited time to play, these guys will make sure to get the most of their limited time.

makes only sense for them to play the game in the most efficient way there is.

Maybe broaden your view and try to look at things from mulitple perspectives instead of only from your own limited view ;-)

all I see is justifying easymode people and crying babies when their copied op build gets nerfed. Either suffer there in silence or play it seriously, is not your build that got nerfed, it was someone else's, You copying easy grinding time waster (because your time is so precious to play it properly).

Btw if your time is so limited don't look up builds, it doesn't speed you up, is like straight up using cheats so you're misusing your time, Mr. notimetoplaybutIstillcryifmynoeffortbuildgetsnerfed.

Cheers.

Easymode exists, it's called offline play.

You have anymore suggestion on how people should play that doesn't effect you in any ways shape, or form?
