Are standard enemies and bosses just incredibly weak?

I bought the game just recently and am absolutely steamrolling every obstacle in the campaign. I finished the Edric fight in maybe a minute? Standard adds are getting one shot by a single AOE ability (Blade Storm). I feel way too powerful and have had no struggles within the campaign so far. Did I stumble into some great items by chance or is there an option to adjust difficulty somewhere? Breezing through the entire game like this really takes away from the fun that I feel it is capable of providing.

So, the devs stated that the normal campaign playthrough shall be rather easy to get folks used to skills, mechanics and stuff. Endgame activities will provide much higher difficulty settings and you will be able to adjust difficulty (available even now with bounties and the other dungeon mode).
That being said, I doubt balancing that is currently in the game for the campaign will make it to the final release.

I haven't been following Wolcen for long, so I'm not very aware of its news and future; I'm really excited to see it at release now! Thanks for the info!

Most bosses got seriously nerfed a while back. Edric was absolutely nuts before the nerf, but now he's too easy after the nerf, IMO.
You can see the nerfs in the "Wrath of Sarisel: Patch Note 1.2.0" post in the Patch Notes section of the forum.

"The normal campaign playthrough shall be rather easy" is only partially true. There will be two difficulty modes at release:
"Difficulty modes are also confirmed for the campaign at the release of the game. You will have access to a Story mode allowing you to go through the campaign without worrying about the difficulty, and a Normal mode fitting our design for difficulty in Wolcen: Lords of Mayhem."

What I'm hoping is that pre-nerf bosses (maybe with slight tweaks) will be for normal mode, and the bosses in their current state will be for story mode.
