My concerns about "ENDGAME" - still work in progress?

Hello,
i reached level 82 on my character, finding new gear and improving my char is what push me forward, but i think i hit end. Even in expeditions level 100+ there only drops items for level 60 (required level 60), yes item level is according to enemy levels (100+), but stats are still same from level 60, because what i read, gear rolls according to required level, not item level (logic?). So gear progress completely stopped. Weapons have same damage rolls, gear same stats rolls, wtc. So why is there level 90 when i can only get level 60 items? Is gear progression / gear tiers still under developement? Or is this final, so after 4 days im done with my character?

Well, at the moment you're one of the only few playing the game, since many of us cannot...
But i think the level you get are for the passive skills and attributes point you get to get stronger.

Anyone can play offline.

I dont understand second part what you wrote. There is Paragon level 190 difficulty as maximum, so why there are still dropping only 60 level items, it doesnt make sense and it means from level 60 your gear progression stops.

Game feels to me so rushed for release, that there isnt actual endgame gear progression.

Really? There is no gear higher than level 60???

Feels like vanilla WoW and vanilla Diablo when they first came out with lvl 60 gear caps....a lot of Wolcen has Diablo feel in it, tbh but I hope they are not following the same gearing/itemization with gear lvl caps.

Level 90 drops level 90 items, but require level 60 to equip. Some items require level 90 to equip, but they have level 60 stats on them.

More or less there is no progression, because you stop advancing, but the levels keep getting harder.

I've made a few changes on my offline character to see what it takes to kill mobs in a reasonable time in endgame, and it's not looking good, compared to the items we are receiving.
