Playing online mode. Level 37.
Beating three bosses at once, and still getting no drops at all that aren't just normal or rare.

RNG is either borked, or my character is. :D

I get 3 pieces so far. Begining act 3.

Legendary means Legendary
Shouldnt drop to much of then?

Don't expect anything else until you start doing the expeditions and start taking penalties and face opponents much higher than you in exchange for magic find. That's where you'll get your uniques and legendaries. I'm 60 something right now and got about 6 uniques and 3 legendaries if I don't count the quest reward.

Yeah, that's a huge change in drop rates compared to Early Access / beta, considering that I was loading up my stash with tons of uniques and legendaries at much lower levels.

It also gets me that bosses aren't dropping, or at least haven't dropped any, good loot at all. Just regular rares.

Almost every single item that I'm actually using came from a quest reward, or as an item that I purchased in the store in town. Most legendaries were also from quest rewards -- almost nothing has just randomly dropped with unique and / or legendary status.

I'm at about 41 right now and I did have another legendary drop, but it was from a chest, and didn't appear "random" to me.

But, if you're 60 and 6 and 3, then it seems that it's not just my RNG that's bad, considering that I specifically always have bad RNG in every single game that I play. ;-)

Anyway your main source of unique item isn't world drop. There's a white hair female NPC (called Fate....something) that you randomly in the wild when exploring. She often has two uniques everytime you encounter her. I already met her for nearly 20 times now

Yeah, I've met that person about three times total now, and they had one single unique on them all three times. I was able to pick one up the first time, but then I had a rare drop that beat it within a couple of levels. The other times the uniques were useless to me.

The weapon I am using now is a regular rare and it's about 12 levels lower than I am now -- and nothing else is dropping that's even close to how nice it is. Kinda' sad.

Also, I am finding that tears, orbs, and echoes rarely drop -- and even the gems are not dropping that much, either. I'm just not a big fan of these drop rates on things, really. :-/

Are you playing online mode or offline mode?

I'm curious if that makes a difference or not?

I'm in online mode, but playing solo.

I also just finished up the story mode and all of the Acts, and I've started doing other things which are giving me some better loot and better drops.

I guess I just needed to finish up the story to see some more stuff. ;-)

That's seem to be the case for loot system in this game. I still using a lv 65 rare gun to fight lv >100. It got 2 occult damage types + critical damage/ critical chance point. Even the lv 100 gun sometimes have worse stats than lower lv weapon. I've seen a unique bow (+2 projectiles) give like 20-30 damage at lv 45. WTF? Even uncommon blue have higher stats than that. The scaling in this game need to be adjust.

Yesterday i've beat the main story line on normal online. No unique/legendary drop in all scenario but tbh i prefer that solution instead of spamming best gear on left and right. Today i'm starting end game content and i'm sure sonner or later RNG Gods love me again :D
