Never used aspect of apocalypt shrine. Always it's show up my bar is always complete.
So all those shrine globes each one should boost 1% movement speed for players with apocalypt bar full.
So it would be something usefull inside game. Movement speed is always good. So boost it a little for 60 seconds.

Since the Apocalyptic forms are pretty underused, maybe they should do something to make them a little bit more powerful and appealing. For example, the Shrines could double or triple the damage and increase movespeed, while you are in an Apocalyptic form.
Or the Shrine could give you a buff, for the duration of the buff, X% of the damage you deal to enemies is stored, and then added to your attacks while in an Apocalyptic form.

I agree they really should just do something to make the Aspect forms... relevant... I basically never use it because there is barely any incentive to transform aside from the invulnerability.
If you are using your aspect form more, you will be able to take advantage of the Shrines more frequently.
