Boss regeneration is worthless tactic to get around building new, and better boss-fight mechanics. The bosses right now are very boring, they have the same moves as lesser Champions and Specialist monsters; they just do them faster. Games in the past used these types of mechanics (regen, limited time) as DPS checks for MMOs, but they have little value in ARPGs.

I agree - the modifier needs to be removed completely.

but its not fair if i can clear all lvls easily or everything within an untained dungeon, and then can not kill endboss.
Then the scaling is way off right.

Bosses are just really only a bullet sponge anyway, but if they regen health faster back then i can deal damage, whats the purpose of that?

In an ARPG you wanna move fast cos loot is crap most of the time, so u wanna kill as much as possible within as little a time frame as possible for more possibility to loot.

also this wasnt the case prior to last patch, seems to be only the case since latest patch..

I for one kinda enjoyed the idea of some bosses taunting you to dish out some more dps to kill them.
I'd say that the regen is just a bit MUCH, if they decrease it just a tad, i think it's alright!

Try those at level 180+ with tough / regeneration / material resistance / and some other crap.
