Creating a crafting web app (webpage)

Hello There.
I am looking for a tool to figure out the crafting output chances when crafting.

Example: Armor x with gem y
33% of some prefix/suffix
25% of some other prefix/suffix etc.

I have not found anything similar, is there a tool available out there for this? Or should i make one?

I have looked at:

But thats not much help, anyway being a software engineer I though i'd make one. I can do the code, but i require the assistance of somebody who knows the crafting system better than me :-)

Save yourself the time and effort, currently crafting is as bugged as the rest of the game, you get crafts that should be impossible but you get them, gems do not always give what they are supposed to give.

Like everything else in this game basic maths simply doesn't work Devs are 2nd grade at best.

I begun on this project a little while back, and thought i'd share a little bit of the current progress.

I will soon need some people to test the system.
I am making this tool purely out of interest and to make my own life easier, but don't mind sharing with the community if there is an interest for it.

I'm very interested in this tool. would help me greatly!

Also would be awesome if it stat clearly which mod is prefix and which is suffix, that way we can have 100% guarntee result in some cases!

Status update:
The current progress is that the feature is now available for all crafting with topaz -> and we will soon begin working on the other gems. An ETA before a release (beta) version is a few days, I will post the url here when we get there
