100 expedition shown in the video is not a lategame. That's a midgame. 151+ is an endgame. Your build can't go there.
This is just an another trashcan ailment build with the same runes and the same skills for ailment stacking. But yours is not a meta build - it is not optimised for the endgame in any way.
That won't be a problem if that would be an "i found the way i like to play" video, but this is a videoguide and this is just a bad guide.

You said "viable en late game" in description. That means that your build should be capable of 151+. Why a 180?

In the written guide (sorry it's in french ^^), it's a non meta non abuse build, so i don't want to promise things am not sure.
I had some feedback with players doing 180+ with it, but I want to see it myself before :)
