I made this character for the community, so we can at least test different builds while they get the servers back up.

You want to move this file into your savegame folder. It's usually in:
C:\Users\***your user***\Saved Games\wolcen\savegames\characters

• It has enough gold to reset stats and gates of fate points multiple times.
• Also has enough primordial affinity to upgrade any skill to max level.
• It has completed only 2 expedition maps.
• Monster level is around 40 or so.
