If you inflict weakness on block, you get it also, so there is always a -30% Damage loss. And you get 30% Damage with the other skill for 10 removed stacks. So spend the points on another skill :-)

Wings of Ishmir 1,3,5,10,13,15
Blood for Blood 3,4,7,9,11,13,15
Sovereign Shout 2,4,7,8,9,12,13
Bladestorm 1,6,7,8,14

Blood for blood is only for the slow and shout+WoI are for movementspeed + cc on enemys. With bladestorm you only need the 1,6,7 runes the others are depending on your playstyle. :) feel free to test it
And yes i only use the 4 skills so i can level up other skills while farming

i am level 35 2 handed warrior but my passive skills tree is not really the best just what i liked.
but is it worth it to reset it and go this route to be a bladestormer?
i got some exta essence for playing with an friend and did act 1 twice.
