I'm looking at people's build, i wonder why is mine placed different than others?

You mean the circles are different? Yeah In videos i have seen them rotate but no clue how to do that

look at the left, click on 1 circle and one of the two arrows to rotate? be sure that they are no nodes allocated on that ring that you want to rotate.
