Ranged Ailment Build Weaker After Patch? (Which Time Cannot Heal)

I've been clearing lvl 100 expeditions at a fairly decent pace using a stasis/poison/bleed set up with those ailments + Which Time Cannot Heal.

At lvl 100 maps I'd clear most trash by charging up 5 shots of AoE poison/stasis arrows and maybe a couple pistol shot basic attacks (with bleed/stasis) for bigger mobs to finish them off.
For bosses I'd throw in Auto-Turrent with shock/stasis.

Now after the patch I am down to lvl 85 expeditions doing roughly the same pace with lvl 100 ones feeling quite longer and more challenging.
I know crit across the board was nerfed but I only have the base 150% and very low crit chance and no crit modifiers.
Ailment dmg is boosted via passives while non-ailment dmg lowered.
Not using Bleeding Edge (obviously).

The only thing I can think of is Which Time Cannot Heal but patch notes say that's fixed now, or was it nerfed? Someone else in another thread said they tested basic attacks with it and a 2000 dmg white hit gave 2200-2400 dmg which seems right for the major and minor nodes of that skill.
I'm not sure how to accurately test WTCH with ailments ticking so fast.

I'm stumped and the only logical thing I can think of is crit dmg but I can't see that affecting my build much at all, even after crit nerfs.

They fixed a bug on WTCH. When you attack an enemy with Statis you do 120% after 1.5 sec.
The bug was you do some dmg and 1.5 sec after : (dmg + 120%) but after an other 1.5 sec and without doing anything you do : ((dmg+120%)+120% etc ... I noticed it while fighting a boss. He took 1M and 1m3 after 1.5 (nothing wrong here) ... and without making an other explosion (i played with Mark of Impurity) he took again 2m5 and then 4m (i just needed to refresh Stasis)... etc .. etc ... the dmg was endlessly increasing. They fixed a bug so now it occurs 1 time and you have to reapply stasis for WTCH to proc again. So every 2 sec, railgun xD or whatever you're using to apply Stasis.
Sorry for my poor and bad english.

Wait, it was broken and over-powered before the patch?? I did not know this. I thought it was doing LESS DAMAGE than intended before the patch, not the other way around.

I did not realize I was doing more damage than I should have been.

Yep it was xD tbh, i don't know if it was doing less dmg (maybe not 120%) but the fact that it was endlessly increasing when refreshing stasis is a fact ^^

i tested my ranged ailment mage yesterday, with all my gear ive about 336% increased occult dmg. and it didnt add nearly enough dmg to the skills. thats only on gear not even counting the talent tree. so they definitely broke something. im lvl 75 atm clearing 120 like i used to before the patch, just that now i must dump at least 5 rounds of skills on specialists and bout 10mins of dmg for champs and even more on the boss.

120 lvl expeditions is still good for this early in the game and not even lvl 90 yet? I believe the stats on loot stop increasing after 120 as well? I'm not sure because I only have lvl 100 loot and lvl 173 loot from missions somehow (which I think is a bug), so I don't know where the cut off is.

I guess it appears that everyone who was using Which Time Cannot Heal was doing too much dmg then?
Are you running a straight up crit/occult build that does aether/shadow dmg?
