Online game mode features
Hello folks.
Heard great things about this game, and would like to give it a try when official version is released.
I wanted to better understand about online game mode features for this game. I spent a great deal of time in Diablo 3, where your personal save/progress is saved separately rather than in your local drive - this of course prevents editing/hacking save files. I know some people don't like this (mainly because you can't mod and require constant online mode), but I liked this feature. Perhaps it gives me additional allusion of accomplishing things (which would feel much more quickly depreciated with available hacks and such).
I am wondering where this game falls in this regard. I am told there is single player mode as well as multiplayer mode. Will there be essentially an option where all players are prevented from cheating/hacking and play "legit"? I am sure botting is constant issue with games like this, and unfortunately is one of reasons why I am thinking about jumping out of games like Diablo 3.
