Original Kickstarter Backer....

So I backed this game in Kickstarter and have been waiting for it to release. I haven't kept up with this game, cause life happens, but was wondering how I would sync this account to steam so it would be activated on there? There is a sync button but it just spins for awhile and then stops. :*(

EDIT
And a side note, I would have thought I would have gotten the Alpha badge since I backed the game from the start?

in 2015 they had a survey on kickstarter where they collected email addresses to send steam keys to. Its long been closed. Id email support, give them your backer number.

im on the opposite side. I got the steam key, but my account isnt flagged as a backer for some reason even though i linked my backer email.

I filled the survey out apparently because it had all my info in it and my email linked to it. I already tried to reach out to them through the contact button here, twitter, facebook, steam, discord and their kickstarter page, nadda.
