When adding skills, how does one swap out Skills associated with the hotkeys? In addtion, the hotkeys slots for potions, how do you open slots 3,4, & 5 ?

There are only two potion slots now, the UI just hasn't been updated yet.
You swap skills from the skills menu. Find the skill you want, and drag it to the slot you want.

click on the skill and directly tap on the keyboard 1-4

and speaking about potions - will there be any other types of potions except rage, willpower, health ? For example to buff resists, crit change, crit damage, +HP, move around quicker for few seconds etc.
