The Infinity Blades skill does Occult damage.
It has a modifier which is +40% Ailment Damage.
But Occult ailments (Stasis, Weakness, Cursed) inherently do not damage enemies.
So what exactly is the +40% damage for?

You could have it apply damaging ailments by having gear or gems with the add fire/lightning/rend/toxic damage to attacks.
