• There are no mictro-transactions
• There is no specific HC mode. There are a few survival achievements like reach lvl 90 without dying, so basically you have to imagine your own hc adventure but your charakter will never be gone permanently.
• There is only a diablo3 style endgame. Nothing special YET!!! It might change in the future.

There are some features that are said to be in the pipeline

• Leagues
• Act 4-5-6
• More skills
• More Uniques/More powerful Uniques

Atleast thats what i heard from rumors, however true they might be.
Currently the game is undergoing some massive problems with endgame but the campaign should work fine for the most part and should give u a weeks playtime. I haven't tested offline mode since the first week but perhaps that is working better then Online is currently.

2 things to add
1) Those are not rumors, developers said that publicly on steam (pipeline)
2) Offline is working MUCH better than online. I dont even bother with on as its buggy and laggy and unresponsive and strange and off runs like a charm really.

There is no hardcore because everybody died on Act 1 boss and that 1% of megagamers who survived act 1 boss died on Act 2 boss, so there would be no characters left :D Expect a lot harder game than you are used to.

Dont buy this shit game. When u find a good skill to end game they nerf it to the ground. Go play PoE or Diablo 3

I think the game is worth my money so far. And is refreshing in ways Diablo 3 and PoE are not anymore. The campaign was pretty good, nice story, good CG, nice voice acting, ambiance, etc. Furthermore, having harder bosses in comparison to other games of the same genre is quite nice too. Expect bosses harder than elite packs for a change.

The endgame still has issues. The way I see it, there are still many balance issues with the game that let players mow though content way faster than they should. My personal opinion is that the game needed much more testing and balancing before official launch. Why people think they are entitled to be able to do almost max level content after a couple weeks with unperfected builds and far from optimum gear is beyond me. But it is understandable that if something is taken away from you, even if you know deep inside you should not have it, still hurts. So you should expect a lot of complaints and outrage from the community right now, specially from the broken godly build guys.

That being said, the endgame nows feels much like Diablo 3 PTR to me.

This game is buggy and end game( lvl 69 is not end game ) content is currently unplayable and not funny anymore because of the last patch.
Buying this game now is not worth because nobody knows what those strange devs will fix, nerf or buff during the next patches : You'll might create a character and a build that might be completly useless the next day u create it (that mean you will restart all of what you've done before again and again)

The fact is they don't even play their own game, they don't understand their own passiv tree/skills and mathematics is something they never heard about.

You'll never understand the stats and the scaling in this game because devs don't understand it too (they can't do multiplication)

To conclude actually there's no way to play the game at it's full potential and as u could played it 2 days ago. You should wait before buy it because now you just loose time and money

Well actually it doesnt make you think. My 1st char was ailment mage and I also never died and went through the game like it wasnt there. Sorry, I died once at Lambach 2nd phase since I didnt knew the mechanics.
Then I tried a melee 2 handed char (no bleeding edge :) ) and I died 15 times on Edric because he 1 or 2 shot me with most of his abilities.

Reading the forums, many people have the same experience. Makes you think?

Btw opposed to others I dont want to nerf to bosses, the chellenge is great.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying. I bought it and played too long for a refund. I do wanna see improvements, and as far as I can see so do the devs, but so far nothing indicates they are willing to or know how to take steps to make that happen.

Come on... don't tell me that it is THAT hard!

My first char just had to grind the last zone once more to gear up then defeated the Act 1 boss and my second char just destroyed it on first encounter! (same for Act 2 boss)

Please don't nerf, they are just a bit (little bit) of challenge, just as a boss should be!

As for "is the game worth a buy?" Totally, if you play offline, it's already an amazing ARPG and totally deserves to be supported! Incredible job from an indie team that started as a kickstarter project!

i died cos i got thrown off the map during boss fights, nothing i could do.
Playing as a melee is always different then playing as ranged person.

factor in the problem that rage generation i nsot working as it should, nor are some passive nodes that should help rage.

Not being able to use skills doesnt help.
Nor the fact that yoiu can use shout while another skill is active, cant use a potion before another animation plays out etc yeah,, those things will get you killed as melee

Do yourself a favor, and save $40. This game isn't worth playing even if it was free. It's a complete dumpster fire, shit tier of a game.
