Restarted about 60 times. Got my stash back but not my city upgrades, not my skins and not my dyes. at what restart does those come back? 100? 1000?

out of the 100's of complaints in bugs and issues, 3 of 5 of them are copy paste replies about servers being over loaded,

What would be nice is if Wolcen Studio would update the people more, hire some one ffs.

I've done all that several times.
I've changed servers, I've changed characters, over the span of several hours and times of day (server and theoretically DB/network/loadbalancer/black rooster sacrifices at dawn ... load). The result is always the same: stash there, progress there, character selection shows equipped cosmetics correctly, in-game character shows equipped cosmetics correctly EXCEPT sword (lol), cosmetics tab empty, zero dyes. I have no clue how these are coded into what DB and even if they have the profile data split into other DB categories rather than profile based.

All in all no change, still gone. I am now afraid to play so that I dont further overwrite on the older DB and cause further issues.

Having the same issue. - All my skins and dyes disappeared. Now, I've collected a lot more dyes now than I had when they got reset, but the skins are what really bugs me. A lot of them were low level skins which do not seem to drop any more in the end game.

Any relog that staff says to do, does not remedy the skins/dyes issue in any way as far as I can tell. This, from my personal experience only remedies the loss of stash. I've tried to relog more times than I can count by now, and no skins or dyes have been restored.

same here.. all items and dyes gone.. got a few more dyes and items but no low lvl items and far from what i got before.
also afraid do to more progress if i mess somthing up i dunno.. what u think? are u playing still?

Same here. All of my skins and dyes lost

twice now my dyes and transmogs have vanished

relogging does not fix this
I have relogged over and over and it never comes back, just as I got my transmog sorted and and collected over 30 new dyes boom its all gone again

I am still playing, in the hopes that they will somehow remedy this bug. I've stopped bothering collecting items for skins though. I pick up dyes but I do not learn them. I store them in the bank until they give some statement other than 'relog' on this issue.

i have the same issue now. i lost my stash and every dye and skin.
reconnected but only got my stash back.

Lost mine twice as well. Relogging does not remedy. Devs, if you're going to constantly nuke my cosmetics at least give me my gold back when you do.

After the first time I logged in with my lvl 12 character and got some of the earlier skins back since they don't appear again. I then made an entire transmog with colored matching armor set for 16k gold. This remained intact through several new games until one time today when they randomly disappeared again.

I still have my skins on the transmog I had created, but they do not appear in the cosmetics screen. The dyes I chose were removed so the skins appear with default colors.

I had this same problem with the chest... I store other items in it and when the old chest showed up again, I lost all my current loots.

So far I Relogged 7 times and I still haven't got any dyes or skins. I've waited 2 hours in between and still nothing.

I hope you intend to give players some form of gesture for this --awful-- launch... I really really want to like your game but man this is some early beta BS right there...

I am also having this issue and reloaded 10+ times with only my stash coming back. Transmog and dyes are still missing.

Relogging returned the items in my stash but by skins and dyes have not returned despite logging in numerous timed.

The latest notes do not mention skins/dyes specifically and a lot of people are facing this issue and asking about it daily on Discord and Reddit.

Either we stop playing so we don't overwrite the data in case it's recoverable or continue playing if it's gone for good. Either way we need to know.

Please confirm if missing skins and dyes are recoverable or not.
